Advanced Heating & Plumbing Ltd Rates

• Our rates are completely transparent and we will inform you of the fees in advance of undertaking any work.
• Fixed price quotations are available from our engineers.
• There is a minimum charge of one hour, after which work is charged for in 30 minute increments or part thereof (no extra charge for parking or congestion charging).
• Evening and weekend rates may vary from the standard rates as they would class as out of normal working hours (see notes).
• Material collection, if necessary, is fixed at a £50 charge where appropriate.
• Quoted prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• Payment is due in full on completion of works.
• We accept all major forms of payment including debit card, cheque (with guarantee card) and credit card.**
• Advanced Heating & Plumbing Ltd reserve the right to take a deposit for any parts and materials required in advance of collection. Deposits are refundable less restocking charge.*
• We have no call out charge but charge for time spent on site only, our half hourly rates for labour start from £39.50 (See Notes).
• Fixed prices are available for some services and we always provide free quotes for boiler installations, system upgrades and bathrooms (free estimates in normal office hours) call for more details.
• Landlord Safety Certificates £80 + VAT (includes 2 appliances)
• Boiler servicing from £75.00 + VAT
• System power flushes/ chemical treatments:

* Unless it is a specialised part; electrical or circuitry, which would then be non returnable and then would render deposit non refundable.

** Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions except debit cards.
